Hotel Location

Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, is situated on the shores of scenic Ho Tay lake, locally known as the West lake. Set in landscaped gardens the hotel is only 15 minutes to drive from the city centre and 25 minutes from the airport.

All rates are in USD per room per night, including buffet breakfast, tax & service charges.

No extra charge for child under 12 sharing bed with parents.

Extra bed adds US$ 55 (Executive, Preferred, Club, Executive) per night/person.

Check-in time at 15:00 or sooner, Check-out time at 12:00.

Hotel Rooms

Opened in March 2004, all 299 appointed rooms and suites (king size bed or twin beds) feature A/C (H/C), satellite TV, in-house movie, IDD phone, personal safety-box, mini-bar, radio/music system, voice mail, data port, coffee/tea making facilities, large restroom with separate bathtub and shower stall, broadband internet connection.

Executive Room: 106 queen beds or twin bedrooms, located from the third to the 15th floor with garden view; 37 m2.

Preferred Room: 88 queen beds or twin bedrooms, located from the third to the 15th floor with lake/city view or river view; 37 m2.

Club floor Room: 89 rooms from the 16th floor/higher with benefit check-in/out at the Club Floor Reception, complimentary buffet breakfast in the Club lobby, complimentary refreshments, pre-dinner cocktails in the evening, complimentary 1 hour use of meeting room.

Suite Room: 16 suites with one living room and one bedroom with king size bed. Guests who stay in Suites can enjoy all the benefits of Club floor guests; 72 m2.

Ambassador Suite: bedrooms and living room overlook the lake in 112m². The decoration in suites is slightly different from the guest rooms, features warm earthy colors and classic style. President Suite: bedrooms and living room overlook the lake in 129m² large. The decoration in the suites is slightly different from the guest rooms.

Imperial Suite: the best suite in the hotel with 176m² in area. Both bedrooms and living room overlook the lake.

Restaurant

The Oven D'Or: The Oven D’Or offers an informal and relaxed environment with an International buffet and à la carte menu, including European and Vietnamese specialties. Amazing dessert buffets and creations by the Executive Chef.

Hemisphere's: Hemispheres, our signature restaurant, offers a creative and unique fusion of Vietnamese cuisine. The extensive menu includes an array of local and imported produce including seafood. Dine inside or outside on the terrace overlooking West Lake.

Nutz Bar: Nutz Bar is a lively bar and restaurant with a great atmosphere and a menu of gourmet pizzas and other snacks. Here, the mood changes from an informal dinner venue to a vibrant night spot with live entertainment.

The Lobby Lounge: The Lobby Lounge is the focal point of our magnificent reception area. This warm and inviting lounge offers a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a cocktail, snack, or elegant afternoon tea after a busy shopping day or a city excursion

Facilities: Outdoors swimming pool and whirlpool; La Boutique - hotel gift shop; Facilities for disabled persons; sauna, Jacuzzi, massage rooms. A floodlit tennis court is also available.

Conference Center: : From three main conference rooms (500, 160, 100 seats, banquet style) the hotel offers a range of banquet from 50 seats to 500 seats.
